Product technical service
After signing the contract and technical agreement by both parties, EasyFashion will set up a special project management team to make design, production, quality inspection and construction plans, and coordinate the work of the purchasing department, production department, quality inspection department to ensure that products are delivered to users within the agreed time.
Project implementation service
Set up the project team, adhere to the principle of reasonable division of labor and close cooperation.
During the period of installation, commissioning and trial operation, our company will send technical personnel to the user site to provide technical support services, guide installation, commissioning until acceptance by the user.
Technical training service
We provide training to the user’s technical staff. Trainees should have basic knowledge of machinery.
The training place is at the operation site of the equipment. Time and place of training can be arranged according to the agreement by both parties, until the trainees can independently operate the equipment and can solve the general fault.
Fault which can’t be eliminated, the user should contact EasyFashion to solve it.
After-sales service
The user finds a fault.
The user notify EasyFashion about the fault.
Engineer determine the type, level and severity of the fault, and determine time and resources required for troubleshooting.
Engineer gives the troubleshooting opinions to the user, and guides the user to handle the emergency.
If the fault is serious and the user cannot solve the fault, EasyFashion will arrange local technical support engineers to go to the site immediately.
EasyFashion provides one year free maintenance (warranty) service for the products, and the maintenance period is calculated from the date of acceptance.
Procurement service of vulnerable parts andspare parts
Some vulnerable parts and spare parts will be delivered with equipment tothe user.
At the same time, EasyFashion provides users with preferential procurementservices for spare parts and vulnerable parts for long time term.
We have enough stock of spare parts and vulnerable parts, to provide strongsupport for user's equipment operation.
Powder material testing customized developingservice
EasyFashion provides testing and customized developing service of metal powders,for the industries of powder metallurgy, metal 3D printing, laser cladding, sprayingand coating, and so on.
