Ultra-temperature Microwave Muffle Furnace is a kind of air atmosphere microwave fast heating high temperature furnace. It’s particularly suitable for high temperature sintering of oxide structure ceramics or transparent ceramics, like alumina, yttrium oxide, zirconium oxide.
It is consisted of microwave heating system, heat shaped cavity, programmable control system, microwave shielding structure, touch screen operation, special thermal insulation module and crucible. It’s controlled by PLC control with touch screen operation: automatic, manual and thermostatical control methods; 40 programmable technology curves available; curve real-time display; data storage and export.
