The working principle of ultrasonic vibration atomization powder production equipment: High-frequency electromagnetic vibration ultrasonic transducer transforms the high-frequency electromagnetic vibration into weak mechanical vibration by means of the telescoping effect of piezoelectric crystal, and then amplifies the particle displacement or speed of the mechanical vibration to the ultrasonic tool head. The stirred liquid droplets fly out from the vibrating surface of the tool head to form droplets of raw material particles, which are cooled and solidified into powder under gas protection in the atomization tower.
