Rotating-disk Centrifuge Atomization Equipment


The principle of rotating-disk centrifuge atomization technology: Metal material is melted under vacuum or gas protection heating condition. Metal liquid flows from melting furnace toward the center of high-speed rotating disk along through current-limiting guiding device, and then distributes radially to form a molten metal thin film over the rotating disk. This film reaches the edge of rotating disk under the effects of inertia and centrifugal force, and consequently the thin film is atomized into droplets and furthermore they are solidified into powder.


Application

Rotating-disk centrifuge atomization powder production equipment technology is widely used in the production of solder, aluminum powder, magnesium powder, tin lead powder, tin zinc powder, copper powder, stainless steel powder and other spherical powder materials. By adjusting the process, different particle size ranges of powder can be produced.
