The working principle of gas flame spheroidizing powder production equipment: spraying a high-temperature flame through a specially designed gas burner according to a set injection angle and flame length,forming a high-temperature flame zone in the spheroidizing chamber. Irregularly shaped raw material powder is transported by carrier gas (oxygen) via feeder and sprayed into the high-temperature flame zone.The powder particles absorb a large amount of heat under burning of the high-temperature flame,the surface of powder particles melts rapidly,and enter the reactor at a very high speed. Under the dual effects of rapid gas cooling and surface tension, powder particles cool down and solidify into spherical powders,and then are collected in the receiving room.

The gas flame spheroidizing powder production equipment is mainly composed of burner, burner control system, flame spheroidizing chamber, control console, gas and oxygen supply system, powder feed system, powder collection system, platform support, air extraction system, water cooling and air cooling system, and electrical control system.
