Vacuum Hot Press Sintering Furnace

The principle of vacuum hot press sintering furnace is: The use of high temperature and high pressure in the vacuum environment, to make the material have biochemical reaction or physical change under specific conditions.

The Vacuum hot press sintering furnace is batch type working, with multiple types, including graphite heating, molybdenum wire heating and medium frequency heating. This furnace is widely used in hot press sintering of carbide, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy in high temperature and high vacuum conditions, as well as in gas protection conditions. The output products are highly compacted to prevent deformation. The crystal grain of nanometer materials can be restrained to grow.

① The shell adopts double-layer water cooling structure, which has high cooling efficiency.

② Thermocouple is with automatic switching function of high and low temperature, the furnace side is also equipped with over-temperature protection thermocouple.

③ Reasonable heating elements distribution (graphite tube, molybdenum wire or induction heating) improve the furnace temperature uniformity.

④ The insulation layer is composed of graphite (or graphite paper), carbon felt, etc., which has good thermal insulation performance.

⑤ The furnace is with high degree of automation. Operation is intuitive, convenient and safe. The control system is with audible and visual alarm and protection functions for water cut-off, over-temperature, over-current and other abnormal phenomena.
